This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for shipping products manufactured by Garuda Aerospace Pvt. Ltd.. It serves as a reference document for both internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding our shipping practices.

Order Processing Time

Upon receiving a confirmed order, our team strives to process and prepare the shipment promptly. The order processing time includes order verification, product quality checks, and packaging. We aim to complete this process within 7 business days from the order and payment confirmation date.

We pack your items in a completely opaque thick wooden box of high strength. This ensures complete privacy of your order and safeguards quality and packaging of your order. Our dedicated team ensures proper packaging and handling to ensure the safe transportation of products via road and rail. Special care is taken to secure fragile and sensitive items to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

For all orders placed via prepaid mode shall be serviced to you on the shipping address with us. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is not possible once the shipment is booked in Road/Rail. Customer is liable for the action. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. Business days are Monday-Saturday: Holidays. Sundays are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. 100% of orders are shipped within 7 business days. We utilize road and rail transport methods for shipping products. These methods are selected based on factors such as distance, destination, volume, and customer requirements.

Once the order is processed and shipped, customers will receive a shipment notification. This notification will include the tracking number and the respective details related to the shipment. Customers can check the status of the shipment, expected delivery date, and any relevant updates along the way.

Prior to delivery, a communication channel will be established with the customer through phone calls for the demonstration process of the drone. Once the customer confirms about the time and location, a dedicated pilot will deliver the product at the location and he will do the demonstration process. Complete guidance will be provided. We would like to inform our customers that, due to our company’s policy of personal delivery, we do not accept returns. Once an order is delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable. We strive to ensure that our customers receive their products in excellent condition and meet the product specifications. However, if there are any concerns or issues with the delivered items, please follow the steps below:
Our pilot will be available at the time of delivery to ensure that the product is working. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, or other suitable alternatives to address the problem.

The drone products are sold “as is” without any warranties unless otherwise specified in writing. Any manufacturer’s warranties, if applicable, will be provided to the customer separately and are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.

The seller’s liability for any claims arising from or related to the products provided in the invoice, including but not limited to any breach of contract, negligence, or other torts, will be limited to the invoice amount paid by the customer for the specific products giving rise to the claim, including any applicable taxes, fees, or charges.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to the customer’s use of the products sold in the invoice, including any taxes, fees, or charges, or any violation of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from or related to the invoice will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Chennai.
