Mr. Agnishwar Jayaprakash is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Garuda Aerospace Limited. He has been associated with the Company since incorporation and was appointed as Whole-time Director with effect from August 4, 2022. With over 10 years of experience in the management sector, he is responsible for strategic leadership, corporate direction, and business and operational management. Prior to Garuda Aerospace, he was associated with Agni Foundation.

He holds a Bachelor's in Business Law from Annamalai University, an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte, and has completed the Programme for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

He is the recipient of several recognitions including the Global CSR Excellence & Leadership Award, UN Outstanding Youth Delegate, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Seva Puraskar, Entrepreneur India 35 Under 35, Economic Times 40 Under 40, Fortune 40 Under 40, Innovator of the Year – Start Up 2023, and the DataQuest ICT Pathbreaker of the Year. He is also a Gold Medalist at the 6th AASF Asian Age Group Championship in Swimming (2009).

Ms. Rithika Mohan has been associated with Garuda Aerospace Limited since January 10, 2022 and was appointed as Whole-time Director with effect from November 5, 2025. With over 8 years of experience in the marketing and sales sector, she is responsible for strategic and administrative leadership, business and operational oversight, and board and corporate governance. Prior to joining Garuda Aerospace, she was associated with PC Realty.

She holds a Bachelor's in Business Management (specialisation in Marketing) from Christ University and has completed the Programme for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.

She is the recipient of the BW Disrupt Women Entrepreneur – Agri Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Women Business World Women Entrepreneurship Award (Agritech and Technology), recognising her leadership at the intersection of agribusiness and emerging technology.

Mr. Vishnu Jayaprakash has been associated with Garuda Aerospace Limited since November 5, 2025 as a Non-Executive Director. He brings over 5 years of experience across the agriculture and medical technology sectors, having previously been associated with AgZen Inc. (agriculture and drone technology) and CoFlo Medical Inc. (medical technology).

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, and both a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He brings specialised expertise in mechanical engineering with a global research and innovation perspective to the Board, spanning industry experience across agriculture technology and medical technology sectors.

Ms. Asha Vijayaraghavan has been associated with Garuda Aerospace Limited since November 5, 2025 as an Independent Director. She brings extensive experience in the taxation and legal sector, having been associated with Subbaraya Aiyar, Padmanabhan & Ramamani Advocates and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).

She holds a Bachelor's in Science and Law from the University of Madras. Her grounding in taxation law and legal practice strengthens the Board's independent oversight and regulatory compliance framework, an area of increasing importance as Garuda Aerospace scales toward public listing.

Mr. Natarajan Tirupattur Srinivasan has been associated with Garuda Aerospace Limited since February 13, 2026 as an Independent Director. He brings a distinguished academic and research background from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where he was engaged in education and academic research.

He holds a Doctor of Philosophy from IIT Madras, specialising in the development of microprocessor-controlled microwave bench systems for dielectrics measurements and dielectric dispersion and time correlation studies on esters.

His rigorous scientific and technical expertise provides the Board with independent oversight of the company's technology and engineering strategies, particularly relevant as Garuda Aerospace continues to advance its UAV systems capabilities.

Mr. Krishnasamy Rajagopalan Sathiyanarayanan has been associated with Garuda Aerospace Limited since March 9, 2026 as an Independent Director. He brings deep expertise in the finance sector and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Prior to joining the Board, he was associated with G.V.N Shankar & Co., a chartered accountancy practice.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Vivekananda College, Madurai Kamaraj University. His professional qualification as a Member of ICAI underscores his grounding in financial reporting standards, audit methodology, and fiscal governance.

He provides independent oversight of Garuda Aerospace's financial disclosures, audit processes, and fiscal governance as the company scales toward public listing — a role of particular significance given the company's ongoing DRHP preparation.
